Return Policy
Customers from all regions can return all unused, unopened products within 30 days and receive a refund once we receive the goods.

I Ordered the Wrong Products. What Should I Do?
If you realize that you ordered the wrong products before your order is shipped (before you receive your shipping confirmation email with a tracking number), please contact our customer support within 24 hours, and we’ll be happy to assist you with your request.

However, once the goods have been shipped, it’s not possible to change your order from our end. Please contact our team once you receive the package so we can arrange a return delivery immediately.

If the wrong products are returned to us unopened, unused, in perfect condition, and within 30 days of the original delivery, we will issue a refund as per your request. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

I Received the Wrong Product
If you receive the wrong products, please contact us within 10 days after the products are delivered to you. We will provide a partial refund or replace the products at no cost.

I Received a Broken Package
If your package appears broken, please take photos before opening it. Check the contents inside, and if any items are broken, please contact us within 10 days after delivery. We will offer a partial refund or replace the broken items.

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus any original payment fees, within 2-3 business days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service .

If you receive a defective product and urgently require a replacement before we receive your defective product, you will need to place a new order for that item. Once the original defective product is received, a full refund will be issued for the new order placed.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact our customer support.

Order Processing Time: The merchant will process and ship orders within 3 business days after the customer places the order.

Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their orders if the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been shipped, and within 3 business days from the time the order was placed.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
